Fascial Stretch Therapy
This is not your typical stretch. FST is a deeply restorative, table-based practice that targets your fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles and joints) to release tension, improve mobility, and bring your nervous system into a calm, receptive state.
Sessions are completely guided—you relax while I stretch and move your body in a gentle, intuitive rhythm. No pain, no force. Just expansion and relief.
Wear comfy clothes you can move in. Most people leave feeling taller, lighter, and more connected to their bodies.

Reiki & Sound Healing
This is energy work that moves beyond words. A Reiki session with me may include traditional hands-on (or hands-above) healing, along with sound—through drumming, voice, bells, or shakers depending on what your system is calling for.
The sound helps shift energy on a different plane. It invites deep relaxation, vibrational release, and connection to something bigger than the mind. Clients often report feeling grounded, clear, or emotionally lighter. Some have visions. Some simply feel peace.
There’s no formula. Each session is unique and guided. I trust what comes through.
This session is for you if:
- You’re energetically overwhelmed or burnt out
- You feel stuck but can’t name why
- You want to feel more connected to your body and spirit
- You’re open to being surprised by what unfolds
There’s nothing you need to do—just lie down, breathe, and receive.
Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapy is the manipulation of the body’s soft tissues, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints. It is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular overuse, and many chronic pain conditions. Massage Therapy can be used to treat both acute and chronic conditions. It can also be beneficial to a wide variety of conditions and is a great addition to your everyday healthcare.
Somatic Therapy - Core Energetics
This is deep, raw, honest work.
Core Energetics is a somatic therapy that helps you integrate the many parts of yourself—mind, body, emotions, and energy—so you can begin to understand the patterns that shape your life, and shift the ones that no longer serve you.
In a session, we work with your psyche and your body. We may begin by talking about what’s coming up, and then move into breathwork, sound, physical expression, stillness, or grounded movement to help you connect with the intelligence of your body.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about getting curious, learning how you defend against pain or vulnerability, and allowing space for what’s true underneath the surface.
We might work with:
- Emotional expression (anger, grief, fear, joy)
- Defense patterns and character structures
- Inner child dynamics
- Boundaries, power, and self-responsibility
- Chronic physical or emotional tension
Each session is guided by what’s alive in you. You may feel grounded, cracked open, relieved, or uncomfortable—sometimes all at once. That’s part of the process. Integration means staying with yourself through it all—welcoming the sensations, messages, and emotions your body has been holding.
Note: I’m currently in year 3 of a 4-year Core Energetics training program. While I bring years of experience in body-based work, these sessions are offered as part of my training and ongoing development as a somatic practitioner.
This work is best done in a series of sessions.
It takes time to build safety, self-awareness, and the capacity to truly listen to yourself. But the return is huge: more presence, more choice, more truth.
